Mentorship Coordinator
Job Description
Responsibilities

Oversee and implement all initiatives and services related to the LEAP Mentorship Program.

Collaborate with the Department of Operations to develop, evaluate and execute a hiring process for the Mentorship Program.

Develop and implement a strategic plan to pair Mentors and Mentees in the Mentorship Program.

Facilitate discussion and collaboration in the Mentorship Program by creating weekly discussion questions for members.

Monitor engagement with the LEAP Mentorship Program and work with the LEAP internal team to develop plans to keep engagement high.

Develop programs relating to community development for the LEAP Mentorship Program and the LEAP internal team.

Plan professional development opportunities for the LEAP Mentorship Program and the LEAP internal team.

Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications

Can commit 5-10 hours per week

Attending a Canadian post-secondary institution for the current school year

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
