Job Description



  • Assist Chief Human Resources Officer with various tasks such as learning and development initiatives, reviewing policies and procedures, and gathering feedback to analyze performance

  • Complete recruitment cycle for panelists, mentors, and internal team, including application writing, screening, interviewing and onboarding

  • Maintain a positive team environment through facilitation of collaboration and ensuring a meaningful experience for all executive members 


  • Able to commit 5-15 hours per week starting May 2021

  • Willingness to learn Human Resources Practices

  • Works well in a team environment

  • Organizational skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience conducting interviews is an asset

  • Experience training others is an asset
