Job Description
Responsibilities

Assist Vice President, Human Resources with various tasks such as learning and development initiatives, reviewing policies and procedures, and gathering feedback to analyze the performance
-
Support talent attraction process for panellists, mentors, and internal team, including application writing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
-
Spearhead talent development and performance management initiatives to equip volunteers with skills needed to thrive in their roles
-
Develop culture plan and volunteer experience strategy
-
Maintain a positive team environment through the facilitation of collaboration and ensuring a meaningful experience for all executive members
-
Support other department initiatives as needed

Qualifications

Able to commit 5-15 hours per week

Willingness to learn Human Resources Practices

Works well in a team environment

Organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience conducting interviews is an asset

Experience training others is an asset
