Responsibilities

​

• Oversee the Mentorship Marketplace Program alongside co-mentorship managers

• Plan and execute services offered by LEAP Canada under the Mentorship Program

• Write two blogs/month on topics aligning with LEAP Canada’s brand

• Actively reach out to mentors to collaborate on blogs in addition to the two blogs previously mentioned

• Conduct market research to gather information for Mentorship Market Program

• Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and reports on outcomes

• Communicate with VP-Operations to assist with improving the program

Qualifications

• Can commit 3-5 hours per week until August 2023

• Leadership skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Writing and editing skills

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Journalism or a related field is an asset

• Works well in a team environment
