Job Description
Responsibilities

Oversee graphic designers and UX/UI designers.

Ensure all visual and graphic material released by Marketing is consistent with LEAP branding and give feedback for improvement.

Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and support LEAP’s marketing strategy.

Stay aware of social media trends and making sure designs are tailored to different platforms & people on those platforms.
-
Moderate and delegate graphic requests from other departments.
-
Work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer, providing assistance with other tasks when needed.
Qualifications
-
Can commit 5-10 hours per week until April 2021.

Has technical skills in graphic design software such as Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, and/or InDesign CC (Alternatives also accepted but not preferred: Affinity Designer).

Familiar with visual concepts and branding.

Design portfolio required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative/Innovative.
