Creative Director

Job Description



  • Oversee graphic designers and UX/UI designers.

  • Ensure all visual and graphic material released by Marketing is consistent with LEAP branding and give feedback for improvement.

  • Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and support LEAP’s marketing strategy.

  • Stay aware of social media trends and making sure designs are tailored to different platforms & people on those platforms.

  • Moderate and delegate graphic requests from other departments.

  • Work alongside the Chief Marketing Officer, providing assistance with other tasks when needed.


  • Can commit 5-10 hours per week until April 2021.

  • Has technical skills in graphic design software such as Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, and/or InDesign CC (Alternatives also accepted but not preferred: Affinity Designer).

  • Familiar with visual concepts and branding.

  • Design portfolio required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Creative/Innovative.

  • Works well in a team environment.
